Before working with me, you need to know, I don’t have all the answers.
And even if I believed I did, I wouldn’t just give them to you. I know from my own experiences that finding the answers for ourselves is part of the process of the embodying our power and anchoring into our truth with profound trust. Not to mention, no to paths are the same.
Your answers may be different than the ones I have found for myself. I am however, a fantastic full body emotionally in tune listener, and incredibly curious. I hold openly loving space for others to be witness where they currently are, ask insightful questions, and create space for alchemy to take place in real time. I reflect back to make sure I understand and challenge belief systems that seem to be in the way of growth.
Sometimes it can be challenging to find the answers on our own because we are living in the same patterns for years. It can be helpful to sit with another to have them reflect back what their experiences of us are and shine light on areas we have been overlooking. I don’t tell you what to do or how to do it, that is all up to you. You are a sovereign being and I am here to empower that part of you. You are the one doing all the work, I’m simply in the space with you, empowering you all along the way.

Each of us an individual with unique experiences, perspectives, beliefs, bodies and ways of processing information. I am deeply interest in what it’s like for you to be you. The power of connection is one of the most influential resources we have. No matter where you are in life I am interested in connecting, learning and exploring where you are and what it feels like being you.
Children are by far one of the greatest gifts we have been given the opportunity to connect with. Being fully present with them can at times be challenging. This course is about understanding developmental stages your child may be experiencing and being open to the parts of your inner child than still may need some parenting. This is a safe space to explore the parts of parenting that are uncomfortable. No parent was ever meant to do any of this alone.
This is a monthly container filled with empowering activations. Each class different and encoded with its own medicine. These classes are designed with the understanding that life moves quickly, and your journey is unique. Whether you listen on the go, have it playing in the background, or sit down with intention to take notes, the energy of each class is designed to meet you where you are. this container is an invitation to deepen the connection to your own essence.
This is not your typical photoshoot. This is a process of self discovery, expression and soul retrieval. You will walk away with a portfolio of photos that captures the essence of your being filled with blessings of feeling more comfortable and sexy in your body.
This journey is designed with your alignment in mind. Through a series of guided visualizations, exploratory movement, breathing exercises, and genuine curiosity we gain a more clear understanding of what the body is communicating. This allows us the opportunity to make our may to alignment. Part of this process includes learning where the boundaries are and respecting the information we receive from the body.
This is a 90-minute session dedicated entirely to you. This personalized session is designed to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore where you are in life, gain clarity on the direction you’d like to go, and uncover the path to your next level of growth.
Two of the greatest medicines are connection and the ability to witness fully without judgment. Any other medicines added to this journey will be personalized and based where you are and what your individual goals and desires may be. Additional medicines can be great facilitators in expanded awareness and breaking down barriers, allowing you to align with energies greater than yourself.
This is a 12 session journey designed to rewire your way of thinking and being in the world, activating your truest state of being which will in turn align you with your highest timeline. This will look differently for each who walks the path. In this journey there is a series of guided practices which target disempowering belief systems active within the system. There will be tools to support the integration process as well as structured routine which will align with your highest timeline.
