This is a monthly container filled with empowering activations. Each class different and encoded with its own medicine to ignite your inner light. These classes are designed with the understanding that life moves quickly, and your journey is unique. Whether you listen on the go, have it playing in the background, or sit down with intention to take notes, the energy of each class is designed to meet you where you are. No matter the level of interaction, this container is an invitation to deepen the connection to your own essence, moving closer to the life you are meant to live. This is a time to breathe, expand, and embody your truth.

Each of us an individual with unique experiences, perspectives, beliefs, bodies and ways of processing information—we may live on the same planet but what it’s like to live here is a very individual experience. The power of connection is one of the most influential resources we have. Sharing in this space of safe and supportive connection you leave with a more clear understanding of yourself and connected to a deeper confidence. Often when we connect deeply with others it teaches us how to connect more deeply with ourselves. This is a safe container for the fullness of you to be witnessed and accepted just as you are.

Sometimes there is so much going on in our world that finding clarity in one area, let alone all areas can feel overwhelming and challenging to even know where to start. This session is designed to sift through the fog by connecting to the body and inner compass (guidance system). You will be guided to connect more deeply with your body, and through a series of exploratory questions and remaining curious about emotions we connect to the inner guidance system which helps create more clarity in all aspects of life. You will leave having more tools to support you on your journey.

This is a journey designed to rewire your way of thinking and being in the world, activating your truest state of being which will in turn align you with your highest timeline. This will look differently for each who walks the path. In this journey there is a series of guided practices which target disempowering belief systems active within the system. There will be writing prompts to support the integration process as well as structured routine which will align with your highest timeline.

The essence of who we are lives in and through our body. This body is sacred because it holds the fullness of our truth—soul, spirit, thoughts, feelings, sensations—our essence. This is a container designed to create a sense of knowing and safety so when it comes time for the camera to capture your essence through your body, the world is able to see the truest parts of you. Being seen and allowing parts of you to be captured is not something that comes naturally to everyone and it can be scary. This container is designed to be individual and to meet you where you are as we journey to and through the deepest expressions of you.

Two of the greatest medicines are connection and the ability to witness fully without judgment. Any other medicines added to this journey will be personalized and based where you are and what your individual goals and desires may be. Additional medicines can be great facilitators in expanded awareness and breaking down barriers, allowing you to align with energies greater than yourself.

This journey is designed with your alignment in mind. Through a series of guided visualizations, exploratory movement, breathing exercises, and genuine curiosity we gain a more clear understanding of what the body is communicating. This allows us the opportunity to make our may to alignment. Part of this process includes learning where the boundaries are and respecting the information we receive from the body.

Children are by far one of the greatest gifts we have been given the opportunity to connect with. Being fully present with them can at times be challenging. This course is about understanding developmental stages your child may be experiencing and being open to the parts of your inner child than still may need some parenting. This is a safe space to explore the parts of parenting that are uncomfortable. No parent was ever meant to do any of this alone.
